CH La Bañezana

- The location and facilities were very nice for the price given. The location is in the middle of the attractions which are mostly within walking distance (10-20 mins). We walked to Museum del Prado & Retiro Park. Also, you can take the underground metro to go around (Buy 1 metro card valid for 10 rides for around 8€ and you can share with other people using that 1 card. tap 2 times for 2 people!). - There are 2 plug points (1 on each side of the bed). Scrolling on your phone and posting your nice experience before bed has never been easier! - AC is provided. Madrid is quite hot in the summer so cranking the AC down to 16⁰C helps a lot! - If you arrive earlier than check-in time, the hotel allows you to store your luggage and you can begin your visit right away! Same thing for when you check out, you can store your luggage and go visiting while waiting for your bus/flight. - For Muslims, there are many halal food restaurants around the hotel (3-5 mins walking). Not too expensive, around 10€ per person. - The toilet was clean. Towels are changed everyday. We got 2 bath towels and 2 face towels each day. - There is ample space for luggage storage inside the closet. There are some hangers (I think maybe around 5-6).

Perfect location in the center. Very quiet so we could have a nice rest. Its near the oldest tablao flamenco 911 and near a lot of bars, restaurants, clubs. The staff was really nice and polite, they helped us with the luggage and next time we come to Madrid we'll definitely stay in this accommodation. The room is very sweet and clean and provides very comfortable mattress

The location is amazing, place was very clean and staff great and helpful, always smily and easy to communicate, highly recommend. If we ever come to Madrid i wouldnt hesitate to stay there. Thanks x

Staff (check in and cleaning) were friendly. Price was appropriate. Location was central and handy for shops and sightseeing.
